Decorative Overlay

Overlay is a polymer modified cement coating that is applied on top of any existing flatwork. It is then hand carved with your desired design. Last step is the color and the sealer that will protect the beautiful surface.

Overlay is the perfect choice for homeowners that want a decorative finish applied to existing flatwork such as a pool deck, entryway, or a patio. With overlay, we don't need to remove the existing concrete.
Stamped Concrete

Stamped concrete has benefits and drawbacks. Its main benefit is the fact that most stamped concrete designs have more depth (realism). However, this realism comes with a considerable higher cost, typically stamped concrete will cost around 45-70% more than overlay.
